The Road to Adulthood

Episode 10: Boundaries

Listen Later

In this episode of The Road to Adulthood, we are talking about personal boundaries we have placed in our lives to improve our productivity and well-being. We define what constitutes a boundary, and discuss how self-control and discipline are imperative, especially in a pandemic. Listen along as we open up about past maladaptive coping mechanisms, and the strategies we have implemented to overcome our hurdles. This episode will cover our views on the subject during our childhood, teenage-hood, and new-found adulthood. As a disclaimer for all episodes, the views expressed are our own and are not affiliated with any institution or organization to which we belong. We are not experts, and we base our opinion on our personal experiences. For this episode, we would like to add a trigger warning for anyone who has or is still suffering from issues related to stress, vomiting, nausea, maladaptive coping mechanisms, and any other related issue. We hope you enjoy!
