Todays guest is Brendan "GMK" Kenny. Along with being the self proclaimed youngest Grand Master in history, Brendan is a 4 times Irish Open Champion and mutiple WAKO World and European medalist. Brendan has lots of experience in many combat sports including Kickboxing, boxing and taekwon-do. Today I talk to Brendan about his time in these sports and his plans moving forward.
