Today's guest is Brent Valle. He's a social entrepreneur, the former CEO and founder of NGage Technology Group, a $27 million gross revenue technology company, and the founder and head of The Future Phase.
Some facts
An adopted child, it was at age 30 that Brent Valle applied to get his adoption records and eventually met his biological mother.
With an initial $ 2K investment, Brent founded the NGage Technology Group. NTG is a technology company that in just five years turned into a $27 million gross revenue company
In 2016, during a trip to New Zealand, he suffered a serious concussion which left him seriously affected during a whole month. While recovering from this accident, he decided to sell his company and start over following a new pathway
The combination of discovering his origins and selling his business, was the spark for Brent to pursue what he really always wanted to do with his life.
In September 2016, Brent founded The Future Phase, a social enterprise with the mission of "Helping Youth, Entrepreneurs and Companies Grow", by "Building Authentic Leaders & Highly Engaged Teams"
The Future Phase is a company focused in mentoring and leadership. What differentiates it from all other similar ventures is that they incorporate outdoor adventure and sports as part of it philosophy and programs.
