After deciding a career in finance wasn't for him, one of Chris's friends convinced him to join a recruiting agency and try his luck at being a recruiter. Being amazed by his ability to sit in the room with subject matter experts like CTOs and CIOs, he continued his career recruiting talent at some of the top tech companies in New York.

Chris Ioannou is the Director of Technical Recruitment at Equinox, an American fitness company based in NYC. Chris's career includes stints at WeWork, Uber and now Equinox.
