Last night during dinner, Dane was throwing his food onto the wall and all over the floor. I wagged my finger and told him no, which he then repeated back to me while continuing throw his food. I didn't need him to repeat me, I needed him to obey me. Well...I believe we can behave the same way as God's children sometimes. We merely repeat what he has said to do to others without actually doing it ourselves. God has no desire for us to just echo his words, he wants us to live them.
