On self-doubt, seeking God, and letting your gifts rest. Cody is a gym owner, Crossfit Games athlete, and above all a servant of Christ. He is among the smallest competitors at the Crossfit Games, but that has never stopped him from running the race that was set before him. He has chosen to take a step back from competition this season to explore some avenues that God has placed on his heart. He is a constant encouragement through his words, actions, and light hearted nature.
