Tiffany shares her relatable and inspiring life journey, including what it felt like to open up spiritually when no one else in her life was on the same path. As well as the journey of reaching a pinnacle in her career and leaving it all behind to follow what was true for her. She is a primary teacher and is building her business, Flow School, which empowers youth with the tools of mindset, mindfulness and meditation to develop a deep connection with themselves, others and the world around them.

Tiffany has a Masters in Teaching and a wealth of experience teaching children for over a decade in Canada, Jamaica, Australia, and China.  She is a passionate educator and wellbeing advocate who has developed successful holistic programs including arts therapy and youth mindfulness.
