In this episode, I chat with my wonderful cousin, Lesa Young, who is studying in New York to get her Master's in Social Work with an emphasis on macro-level interventions. We discuss ways in which we can decolonize and educate ourselves in order to enact systemic change. We also talk about how and when to have difficult conversations with people we disagree with.
