I worked with Doug Brekan for months before learning the guy had written and directed his own film here in Phoenix! What an idiot! But I got him to join me back at Chop Shop in Tempe to discuss the pros and cons of film school, why he lost faith in horror, and how low budgets lead to creative filmmaking.
