Elliot Schaefer has hiked from Mexico to Canada on the The Pacific Crest Trail (2,650 miles), hiked from Georgia to Maine on the Appalachian Crest Trail (2,200 miles), and is planning on hiking the Continental Divide Trail (3,100).
