Jocelyn De Leon  is a Latina Entrepreneur and the founder of a lifestyle brand, Hire Women and Hire Women Agency. Jocelyn’s biggest passion is helping other Latinas break through limiting beliefs and changing generational narratives through her podcast and content, often referred to as ‘Mindset Mami.’ She wants to empower Latinos to truly understand the power of the mind and how to navigate through stress and fear.
