Today we are talking with Hanna Eboagu and we are superexcited to have her join us because she is a wealth of knowledge and information. Hanna is a performance dietitian based in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX! She started and owns a nutrition consulting company called Equipped Wellness that focuses on developing strength-based athletes and is really aimed at working with free agents to get them back on the field/court fast through nutrition. Hanna is a 3 time state champion in girl’s powerlifting and then went on to Baylor and lifted on the club team which led to becoming a judge for the Texas Powerlifting Association.
