Andy Fung (@Andy_Cuts) is a senior barber at New Shanghai Barbershop (@ShanghaiBarbershop) in Chinatown, British Columbia. Following a brief period of uncertainty following his graduation from high school, Andy has devoted himself towards a career in men's hairstyling.
