For the first 7 years of his life, Gabriel Fernandez was raised as a happy, healthy child by his great uncles and grandparents. That is, until his mother asked him to live with her and her boyfriend. Just 8 months later, Gabriel's mother would be calling 911 telling them her now 8 year old son had stopped breathing.
