- The need for widespread support of women and minorities in the aviation and transportation industry,
- How Glady implements her values and perspectives in her role at AkitaBox,
- Her leadership in flying drones over the campus of VA to identify plant species,
- Her role at AkitaBox and what we can look forward to from the company,
- The important role of disrupting, challenging, and questioning in order to bring about change for women and minorities,
