"Ban all guns. If there were no guns, no one would get shot. If that is too strong for people, we could register individual bullets and charge like $75 a piece. If a bullet costs $75, how likely would you be to just pop off in a mass shooting? Right now, a box of hollow tip bullets costs $19 dollars.

So, for pennies you could take a life. We have to make taking a life more expensive and out of reach. This could save lots of lives."
