Michelle McCullough is a sought-after speaker, author, consultant, and business owner, as well as the lead researcher for the annual United States Happiness Report. She teaches high performance and leadership strategies that boost employee engagement and retention.
Michelle has earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association and was a 2024 national finalist in the NSA Last Story Standing competition. She is passionate about creating happy, high-performing, resilient teams.
In addition o her business leadership and experiences, Michelle is active in her community and industry, serving on the board of the ALA Utah Girls State program and in leadership of the National Speakers Association Mountain West Chapter.
Her books include “The Make It Happen Blueprint” and “The Time Blueprint for Entrepreneurs.” She hosts her own podcast, “Make It Happen,” to entertain and educate business leaders weekly.
