Hey friend, we KNOW that you want this week to be intentional and special for your people. We also know through experience that you’re probably running around preparing for all of the things that hosting holiday gatherings or going to gatherings at other people’s houses entails.


We feel you and it’s why we took time to dive into different ways to have both your health & harmony during the holiday season. Whether you’re traveling away from home or hosting people inside of your home these tips can help you walk into this season with your head held high, shoulders back, grace & peace in place!

Family prep:

  1. Stick with your miracle morning.
  2. Be in the Word.
  3. Be present.
  4. Thoughtful Gestures
  5. Clear the Clutter!
  6. Food PREP:

    We love the holidays, and we know how food centered the holidays are. We are not saying by any stretch of the imagination not to enjoy the food and the company! What we are sharing is some tips to help you FEEL AMAZING through the day and afterwards.

    1. Keep the Sugar at bay until the end of the day.
    2. Options are essential.
    3. Try to stay eating some of the macros that you're used to getting.
    4. Look into healthy alternatives for your favorite dishes.
    5. Get a quick 20–30-minute workout in.
    6. Get good sleep!
