In this episode, Dan and Chad unpack the second common hindrance to healing...bad theology. Many of us were raised to believe that the cross of Christ secured the atoning work for the forgiveness of our sins and IT DOES, PRAISE GOD! However, the atoning work of Christ also secures our access to the FULL MERITS of God's great salvation wrought by the Son of God which INCLUDES healing. FORGET NOT all his benefits the Psalmists writes in Psalm 103:3-5 and those benefits are:

...who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

We want to believe for all that Christ walked in throughout his kingdom ministry (see Mark 2 as a case study both HEALING and FORGIVING SINS) to be at work in our own lives and ministries today.
