In Episode 10, I uncork the story behind Coral Wang, California winemaker and owner of Maison des Plaisances (translated from French as "house of pleasures"). After meeting a WINeFare in June 2022 and become fast friends with Coral, this is the first time we sit down and chat about her adventures in learning winemaking and living in France, her transition to the Sonoma wine scene and creating her own natural wine label.
