It seems that everywhere you turn around people are sounding like Nike with their "Just Do It" slogan but nobody is telling you how to..."do it." I'm working through my own process of "just doing it" and wanted to share some tips to how I got started.  Grab a pen and that crumbled notebook to take some notes and hopefully you'll be able to "just do it" after you listen.
