This week all AFI members received a survey request to their inbox. Kelly interviews the man behind the request; our AFI Director of Development Gavin Nelson. A new face to American Football Ireland and certainly one that we are happy have in our community. Gavin has over 15 years of professional and volunteer experience in different areas of sports’ development. He chats about his experience making positive impact on clubs and communities in sport, the purpose of the survey, his plans to support our grassroots AFI clubs and volunteers, the barriers to club development and his immediate advice that any volunteer/club can take on right now.
