Amy is a Public Health Dietitian who works at Huron County Health Unit in Clinton ON.  Amy completed her undergrad at Brescia University College as well as her Masters degree in Food and Nutrition.   Amy works from a Health at Every Size paradigm as well as using Ellyn Satter's division of responsibility in her work.  In this episode we talk about Health Literacy, weight bias in public health and what Amy is doing in Ontario to have these hard conversations.
