Throws Chat is happy to welcome Itamar Levi onto the podcast. Itamar is a senior shot putter at Arkansas State University. He is the current Israeli record holder at 19.36 meters. He is currently preparing for the NCAA Division 1 Indoor Championships.

Itamar has travelled from Israel to US to continue his studies and learn from the best. We go over his journey in the sport and what his goals are for the future.
