This week we are joined by Felicia Davis (she/her). Felicia currently works  as an administrative assistant in the Professional Development & Instructional Issues division of NJEA, and has lended her talents to them for the past 18 years. Prior to that she worked as a secretary in the UniServ HQ division for three years. She is a valued member of the REAL Staff Advisory Council, and co-founder of the REAL Movement.
