Jeff Webb is from Valparaiso Indiana.Valparaiso is a city of about 50,000 people, has a nice college, and has no comedy club.Jeff Webb decided to do something about that. He started with producing a show at the local theater then produced more shows at a local bar. They all sold out.Jeff is proof that if your small city doesn’t have a comedy scene, you can make one.
