Very interesting conversation with my brother Kuinton Elliot. Kuinton was a member of the CAF and an athlete. Born and raised in Windsor Ontario, he Joined the infantry at 16. At 18 life opened the doors for him and he got recruited for university football. Graduated in psychology and left the military in the same few months. After an injury, life gave him no options but to look within to find love, purpose, and answers. His meditation as a soldier was standing still for hours, he had been meditating most of his life without realizing it.
