Table for Three: You, Me and Anxiety

Episode 10: Laurence Annez on PCOS, Letting Go of Guilt and Shame and How Our Mindset Must Shift to Heal.

Listen Later

Today, we invited Laurence Annez, Holistic Nutritionist, Health + Life Coach and NLP Practitioner to the table.

We discuss her journey with PCOS and the shame and guilt around working through an eating disorder while going through nutrition school. We address how reaching out for help opened her eyes to new worlds of holistic health and why it's so challenging for people to take the first step. She also goes into detail about PCOS and how she has addressed it within herself and the clients she works with.

This conversation was insightful on how we truly have the power to shape our world; and often it starts with the mind and learning to tap into our own intuition. You'll definitely want to hear this one.
