Known as "Dr. Dave" on campus and across the country, Dr. David Schramm is an Associate Professor and Family Life Extension Specialist for Utah State University in the department of Human Development and Family Studies. Dr. Dave has been appointed by Governor Herbert to serve on Utah's Commission on Marriage, appears monthly on television's "The Place" and has a Facebook page (DrDaveUSU) where he shares research and tips on helping individuals, parents and couples flourish. 

Dr. Dave joins the team to discuss the management of monkeys, time management, priorities and mindfulness.
