Her background in science and focus on women's health from the inside out inspired Monique to share her regimen of healthy, tailbone-length hair with the masses. She is passionate about inspiring women in business and entrepreneurship. Monique resides in Indiana with her husband and COO of Mielle, Melvin, and their two beautiful daughters, Mia and Mackenzie.
But before the current glory her and her family gained, just like many of us, Monique had a story.
