In this episode, Ted discusses his day representing the NASA Social Media team at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel, Maryland, USA. He was visiting on the day that the Double Asteroid Redirection Test (DART) Mission was set to crash a spacecraft into an asteroid moonlet name Dimorphos 6.8 million miles from Earth. If that was the only thing that happened that day, it would have been remarkable, but the tour of the facilities, the information about DART and other missions currently being worked on, and the staff from NASA and JHUAPL were mindblowing! Hopefully the outline of the day does justice to just what a great and successful day it was on all fronts!
