Over the past three decades, since the first monoclonal antibody was approved for clinical use in the U.S., antibody techniques and technologies have advanced radically. However, the supporting informatics have evolved at a much slower pace. There are significant informatic challenges throughout the research process, from concept to regulatory submission.
