Prior to becoming a Business Performance Advisor, Rhonda worked as an Executive Search Consultant and as the Executive Director of Almost Home, a local nonprofit. In addition, she’s also been an Associate Director of an organization consulting with St. Louis Public Schools. She continues to have a passion for education reform and workforce development. She currently serves on the board of Ready Readers and Harris House.
