Our guest this month is Shaabini Alford. Shaabini gradutaed from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. She began working at Murray Company and with her work ethic and can-do attitude has risen to the role of Vice President of Project Management and Design Build. She shares great advice for students that are looking to break through into the industry and seasoned professionals alike. 

Shaabini is also the current President of WiOPS (Women in Construction Operations), an organization that she helped found. She talks at length of some of the struggles she has faced as a women in construction, and the support she has had along the way from both inside and outside of of Murray Company.
