  • Prioritize what’s important.
  • Establish healthy boundaries. Establishing that healthy boundary for yourself is very important. And it’s also important to communicate those boundaries up front, and not after someone has violated it.
  • Set proper expectations (for your clients, your family, your job, yourself)
• Show up! When you give your word, keep it. Period.
