• Shape a personal story that frames loss as resilience
• Present yourself with honesty and dignity, not apology

This isn’t about pretending nothing happened.
 It’s about learning how to say:

“This is what I’ve lived.
 This is what I’ve learned.
 This is what I can still offer.”
