Hey there friends! This week we are continuing our chat about Suicide Awareness and Prevention with Ikea. Ikea shares her story and it promises to bless all that listen. I'm so glad she stepped outside of her comfort zone to share with me so that her story can help anyone that struggles with suicidal ideation. I have lots of favorite parts from this episode, but I think one of the top favs is the You Are Board. Once you hear about it, I strongly encourage you to create your very own You Are Board.
Ikea, I know this wasn't easy for you, but I'm so glad you used your voice on Think Yourself Crazy. My prayer is that God keeps reminding you of who you are so that you continue to stay in the fight. It was a pleasure spending time with you!
