Neal and I have been friends since we met during a Qi Gong workshop hosted by our teacher, Gary Collins, in 2002. Neal has trained in the Jade Sun syllabus and certified as a Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor. He subsequently became a founder and director of the Jade Sun School of Tai Chi and Qi Gong based in Ireland and has many strings to his bow as you'll find out in this interview.
