In this meaty episode, we tackle the basics of food and wine pairing. It used to be simple pairing food and wine. The 'rules' were white fish or chicken with white wine and red meat with red wine. Now it is not so simple. Now there are a lot more factors to be considered, how the dish is cooked, what spices it may have, and so on. We discuss some classic pairings, some of our favourites, and break down why certain pairings do not work well together.
