Episode 10: The intergalactic miracle of your human body

Listen Later

When was the last time you thought of your body as a miracle? When was the last time you marvelled at your body's innate ability to heal, and it's tendency to life and vitality? Why are so many people sick today, despite a multi-billion dollar wellness industry? I think it is because we haven’t taught to believe... truly believe... in what we are capable of as human beings in this physical body.

The Earth is biased to create life. You are made of Earth! But, you are also made of stars. I want you to live each day with awe and wonder for yourself and how you were divinely designed, no matter what your physical or emotional health looks like on paper today.

In this episode we will:

  • Take a birdseye view of the medical and social media landscape to understand what has informed and influenced our beliefs about health until now.
  • Look at the sneaky ways that messages of empowerment in the health influencer space can actually do more harm than good.
  • Explore why our thoughts about our body and it's innate ability to heal are so important for driving us to take in action from a place of reverence vs. fear
  • Debunk the myth that only 4% of our DNA is active
  • Introduce the concept of our galactic heritage
  • Tap into why our soul's chose a physical body as a vehicle for growth, despite knowing human life goes hand in hand with spiritual, physical and emotional pain.
  • And more :-)
