In today’s episode, I am honored to welcome our guest Aaron Pavia Leyton, a Peruvian tour guide, filmmaker, and entrepreneur who is on a mission to promote Peru through the eyes of a local Peruvian. By using his unique talent for making Peru come alive to those who use his companies services.
To help us understand how we can enjoy our journey as entrepreneurs, Aaron is going to tell his story of how he learned to enjoy his journey of discovery.
Aaron Paiva Leyton founded TOURGUIDEPERU and started this adventure in 2002 to promote Peru through the eyes of a local Peruvian. Aaron obtained his training in Business Administration at San Martin University and the Official Guide License at CENFOTUR - Peru’s Tourism College. He developed his unique talent making Peru come alive to those he serviced. He also studied English at California State University in San Bernadino, California, and worked as part of their “Study Abroad in Peru Program” for American Students. All these different experiences helped him to anticipate and understand the needs of his guests.
During the pandemic, while the COVID shut down most of the travel industry, Aaron has managed to twist the sadness into productivity. In 2020 I Filmed, Edited, and Promote an online conference, "Entrepreneurs LGBTQ," for Spanish en English speakers. Publish the Second Volume of My Mother's Kitchen cooking show. Working delivering Virtual Tours of Machu Picchu and finally making an alliance with Pink Media and be the guest host of "I Love Gay Today."
