On Episode 10, we dive into personal issues of my own and try to determine why I, like many others, find it so easy to find the negatives in situations and not consider the positives. I am calling this Episode 10 and not a Part 2 of Episode 09 because our discussion on this Episode is not about the effects of Stress on your Mental Health, but rather a personal discussion about finding a positive state of mind. In this Episode, I put my heart on the line and Shirene provides feedback based on her expertise as a Life Coach to help me find the root of my short-comings and how I can resolve them to become a happier, more fulfilled person with healthier relationships.
