In the 1870’s in Fort Saskatchewan Canada there was a man named Swift Runner or Ka-Ki-Si-Kutchin. He was said to be a good man who provided for his family. However, when he ran out of the forest saying his family had starved, those close to him couldn't help but wonder why he looked so healthy. What happened in that forest? Could it have been the malignant cannibalistic spirit of the Wendigo?
