Welcome to the 10th episode of Let’s Unpack That! We’re two friends, Cal and Chevall, who decided to start a podcast where we analyze media under a critical, appreciative lens. To start, we’re reading the legendary manga Berserk together for the first time and recording our reactions, analysis and BSing about the manga from the late Kentaro Miura, who died May 6, 2021 at the age of 54.

This week, Cal and Chevall talk about video game emulation’s importance to the medium while possibly incriminating themselves as teenage pirates in the 2010s. Then, the two head into the last two chapters of the officially titled Golden Age section of Berserk before hitting the reset button with an important ceremony for the Band of the Hawk and another time skip.
