Episode 10: Vulnerability: Letting Go and Letting In

Listen Later

Ready to embrace vulnerability and transform your life?  In this episode, Alan and Michelle  discuss the power of vulnerability and share tips on self-awareness, being present, and cultivating a growth mindset.

Possible barriers:

  • Fear - reasonable and created
  • Uncertainty
  • Comparison
  • Unworthiness
  • Perfectionism
  • Self protection

Letting go of those barriers and the inner work. It is a continuous journey that requires practice, patience, and persistence.

Vulnerability on an Individual Level

  • No one can do it for us…it is an inside job
  • Quote from Ernest Holmes on finding our individual connection with the Universal Spirit

“Every person is an inlet and outlet to God. The flow of creative life is from an invisible center outward, and those who follow their individual stream back to its source have found an ocean of life in which they are immersed. This Universal Spirit is where they live, move, and have their being. - Holmes”
