On October 24, 2011, twelve year old Garrett Phillips was found dead in his Potsdam, New York apartment. Right away, Garrett's family and the police pointed the finger at Tandy's (Garrett's mom) ex-boyfriend, Oral 'Nick' Hillary. Despite Nick having an alibi on the day Garrett was killed, the police pointed the finger at him. In Part 1, I cover Garrett's death and the mistreatment of Nick Hillary.
