For many boys and young men growing up, including myself, there was a struggle and hardship in being vulnerable and emotional within groups of male friends aka bro squads. This week I bring on my very good friend Edward Lynn, a nurse with many years of experience in healthcare as well as a mentor and coach for many young men, to discuss THIS STRUGGLE that we had with each other growing up as well as how we've matured and grown our perspective on it. If you are a woman maybe you are wondering what that mental block men have with each other are or if you are a man just wanting to find that safe place. Let's start the discussion of how we can create a space that embraces crucial conversation for men to communicate honestly and openly about their brokenness and FEELS without judgement.
