It's episode 100!

This is a huge milestone for me and one that is worth me celebrating.

When I started this podcast I didn't know if I could make it to 100 episodes, and honestly, I didn't know how many episodes that I was trying to get to.

I just made a micro-commitment to record an episode every Monday-Friday in an attempt to find my voice and the result, so far, is 100 episodes.

Had I focused on the result of 100 episodes it would have felt like forever and maybe I would have quit much sooner.

But by just focusing on the next day, the micro-commitment, the results followed.
