Unsolved cases, the more frustrating of the true crime cases as we are often left with so little answers, and for the Coulter family they are stilll searching for them over 30 years later. When 17-year-old Robby "Jo" Coulter on New Years Day of 1989 his family was left distraught, and when his body was found just 2 days later they would be left with more questions than answers.
