I am happy this week to welcome Mishka Sibert, Inner Child Coach and Healer and Founder of Happy Autism. Her brother has autism and is a big inspiration in her work in the autism space. She also focuses on trauma informed coaching to help moms to become their best selves and get to the root of problems in terms of childhood trauma. We get into understanding more about these topics and some of the tools that she uses and recommends.
